The 2025 Munich Metropolitan Region Building Culture Award in the category “Mixed-Use Neighborhoods, City and District Centers” has been awarded to two projects in the city of Freising: the “Redevelopment of Freising’s Downtown” and the “Comprehensive Renovation of the Asam Building”
In addition, the jury is awarding two special prizes for “Places for Good Coexistence” to the Werksviertel-Mitte in Munich and the Landlmühle in the Rosenheim district.
Furthermore, seven honorable mentions are awarded to projects from the Munich Metropolitan Region.
